What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is fair. I never try to take advantage of the customer. That’s why I like to look collect photos before hand. That way I can provide a fair quote.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My typical process is to introduce myself and then ask for photos of the items that they need removed. After that, I provide a quote that usually works for both me and the customer. At that point, it’s in the customers hands to confirm when and where they want the job done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Junk Removal is the ultimate learn from experience job. The good thing about it is that if you put in the hard work, you will see the results and as you grow, you will find better ways to do the job.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started doing this work because I worked Junk Removal in Tampa for a company, and I enjoyed the physical aspect of the job.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with all types of customers from contractors to homeowners to REALTORS and everything between.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I had a recent job removing construction debris. It was hot out, and I definitely broke a sweat, but I enjoyed the physical labor and the challenge. The job took a total of six hours to complete and I loaded two trailers. The customer is very satisfied with the work.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don’t always go with the cheapest option, choose someone that you get a good vibe from. Someone that is going to take care of when they do the job.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Just be sure to ask when they expect the job to be completed.
